For years, on Wednesdays in the early evening, the common mantra chanting takes place in the sound room of the Seeschau. In many cultures and religions, prayers and mantras are chanted in temples and churches around this time. A sacred window opens before sunset, which enhances the effect of the chants.
The word mantra is composed of the Sanskrit syllables man and tra, from manas, spirit, and trajate, liberating.

Mantras are sacred sound vibrations that purify and liberate the mind. The pure mind reflects the true self and reveals your soul. Silence after chanting allows the sound to deepen and immerse us in a boundless fullness and stillness. In this state we experience pure love and bliss. In this energy we are connected with everything and can surrender with complete trust.
Through meditative breathing and vocal exercises we learn to let the voice vibrate through the body and every cell. Regula has extensive knowledge through her years of research on the effects of healing repetitive chanting. Her repertoire includes mantras from all world religions. She accompanies the chanting with her playing on the Indian harmonium, the tambura, or the monochord and sound mill. The Einsicht room has a vibrating wooden floor and wonderful acoustics.
Celestial Communication is a beautiful way to come back to yourself through mantras and movement. You can release fears and worries and find your way back to natural creativity, inner wisdom and spaciousness.

Music therapy focuses on the purposeful use of music and sound in the therapeutic relationship. It supports the rebuilding of physical, mental, and spiritual health. Human balance is reflected in the musical order and points to the need to come back into harmony with oneself.

Active music therapy invites free and spontaneous music making. Experiences and sensations become sounds. In the shared conversation about the creative process, the person recognizes his or her true state of being and potential for transformation.
Receptive music therapy allows music to be experienced holistically. In deep relaxation, which Regula accompanies with healing sounds, vocally and instrumentally, new imaginary spaces open up. There, sensations and messages are perceived, revealing a new vitality and confidence for new solutions.
Systemic music therapy points to the connections and relationships that shape our health and behavior. Musical instruments are used to set up a partnership, a family, a team, a feeling or an illness. The system begins to speak to us through visualizing, listening, touching and playing the instruments. Persons or symptoms are confronted once again, emotionally and physically perceptible. Coherent solutions emerge through the sound experiment and the new constellation. The fundamental order of the soul is revealed. Love can flow again.
