«Highest creativity is spirituality»
Founder of Seeschau, Music and Expressive Therapist MA, Kundalini Yoga Instructor IKYTA 3HO after Yogi Bhajan, Musician and Singer, Founder of Beyond Foundation and Beyond Music.
Further information
In 2000 I created Seeschau and its gardens. The property with the unique sequoia tree was entrusted to me. Visitors resonate with the clarity and tranquility of the architecture. Through mindful work, powerful and silent spaces have been created. They strengthen the therapeutic and spiritual work. Yoga, meditation and chanting complement the offer of music therapy and voice coaching.
In the past years many people were invited to experience creative impulses and healing from their own center. Moving works of art were created: songs and music compositions, paintings and books, visions of new businesses and products, new life designs and transformations. My aim is to accompany people in their search for personal truth and inner strength.
In 2007 I founded Beyond Music. More than 50 musical compositions on four Beyond CDs made their way from Seeschau around the world into the hearts of millions of people. Beyond Music unites singers and musicians from different cultures and religions for understanding, love and respect.

Eliane Lehner
«Your own Self-Realization is the greatest service you can render the world.» – Ramana Maharshi
Managing Director Seeschau. Law & Strategic Human Resource Management. Yoga Teacher Training 200 Yoga Alliance. Certification Stress Management IKP.
Further information
Eliane brings a background in Strategic HR Management and Employer Branding. She is a certified yoga teacher and has completed training in stress management. In her work in HR for global medical technology companies, her focus was particularly on talents and on connecting people with new roles and responsibilities in which they could unfold their potential. In parallel, she led branding processes aimed at making meaningful and authentic organizational cultures visible and tangible.
Beyond her professional career, she has always felt an inner connection to the unseen dimensions of life, along with a natural attunement to the subtle energies that move through people, spaces, and moments. Over time, a calling grew within her to contribute in a different way - by stewarding safe spaces where people can pause more consciously, listen more deeply, and feel more fully.
As the Managing Director of Seeschau, she is deeply rooted in the knowing that in moments of presence, stillness, and genuine encounter, a deeper layer of experience becomes accessible: a source of clarity, connection, healing, and renewed direction. For her, Seeschau is a place where such experiences can gently unfold. They are also the kind of experiences that have shaped her own path, and ultimately led her to Seeschau and the role she took on.

«Breath and sound cultivate presence – presence clears the path into stillness – stillness is the portal to infinity.»
Breathwork teacher, transpersonal integration guide, sound therapist. Esalen® bodyworker, and graduate social educator. Co-founder of the Sacred Ways Institute of Transformational Arts in Zurich (partner school of the International Breathwork Foundation IBF).
Further information
Marc Grüninger has been working in the Healing Arts for over 20 years. His background in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, combined with extensive experience in integration work, shapes his approach.
In 2004, he first encountered Holotropic Breathwork at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur. Between 2006 and 2013, he regularly participated in programs within the Human Potential Movement at Esalen, focusing on transpersonal psychology, conscious movement, psychotropic breathwork, and shamanism (including work with Dr. Hank Wesselman). After several years in the United States and Berlin, he returned to Zurich in 2015, where he worked as a social educator and family coach.
His work is grounded in the belief that physical and emotional health are deeply interconnected. He sees breath and sound as pathways to inner stillness and self-connection, with the aim of integrating transpersonal experiences into everyday life. From this foundation, he developed the Naikando Method®, which combines transpersonal breathwork with frequency and sound therapy, based on safety, trauma sensitivity, and integrity.
Building on this work, Marc initiated the first transpersonal breathwork training in the DACH region in 2023, which he offers twice a year as the founder of the Sacred Ways Institute.
Marc offers breathwork ceremonies and sound meditations at Seeschau. He also provides private breathwork sessions upon request. Please contact him here for more information. (marc@sacredways.ch)
